KYC & Verification (Blockpass)

ReFi Hub requires identity verification before any investment is made.
This is not optional. It is part of operating a compliant infrastructure marketplace.

Who Can Complete KYC on ReFi Hub

You may complete verification if you:

• Are not a U.S. person and are not located in the United States at the time of verification
• Are not located in Singapore
• Are not a resident of any sanctioned or high-risk jurisdiction restricted under AML regulations
• Successfully pass standard AML screening (identity verification, sanctions and PEP checks)

Verification eligibility is determined automatically through our KYC provider.

Who Cannot Complete KYC

You cannot verify if you:

• Are a U.S. person (including U.S. citizens or permanent residents)
• Attempt verification while physically located in the United States
• Are located in Singapore
• Are in a restricted or sanctioned jurisdiction
• Fail AML screening (sanctions match, PEP flag, fraud indicators, or similar compliance triggers)

If you fall into one of these categories, verification will not be approved.

Why KYC Is Required

ReFi Hub lists operating infrastructure assets with defined contractual rights.

Identity verification is required to:

• Comply with AML and sanctions regulations
• Prevent fraud and illicit activity
• Protect investors and counterparties
• Maintain marketplace integrity

Infrastructure capital requires compliance discipline.

How Verification Works

ReFi Hub uses Blockpass as its identity verification provider.

Verification is completed through Blockpass’ secure flow and typically includes:

• Government ID upload (passport, national ID, or driver’s license)
• Selfie / liveness check
• Basic identity details (name, date of birth, contact details)
• Proof of address, where required

In some cases, wallet information may also be requested.

How Your Data Is Handled

Verification data is processed by Blockpass under your consent.

Blockpass maintains ISO 27001 information security certification and operates as an independent KYC provider.

ReFi Hub does not manually process or store identity documentation outside the verification framework.

Can You Reuse Your Blockpass Verification?

In many cases, yes.

Blockpass operates a reusable identity system. If you already have a verified Blockpass profile, you can often reuse it across other Blockpass-enabled services.

Can You Invest Without KYC?

No. Verification must be completed and approved before any allocation is made.

How Long Does Verification Take?

Submission typically takes a few minutes.
Most approvals are processed within 24 hours, depending on screening requirements and review queue.
